Term and Conditions
For Exhibitors/Members
As an exhibitor on the CBO Expo website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
- You have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord & Savior.
- You desire to live your life & run your Business in a manner and fashion that will bring glory to God.
- You will conduct Your Business transactions by following the commandments that Jesus taught His disciples "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself." Matthew 22:37-39
Payment Agreement
By completing the CBO Expo Exhibitor Registration form and submitting it to CBO Expo you agree and acknowledge that you will fulfil one of the following payment methods:
- Your debit/credit card will be charged for a monthly Service Plan fee according to the Service Level you have chosen. (You also acknowledge that you need a PayPal Account in order for CBO Expo to bill your debit/credit card each month.) OR
- Your payment in full for a one year Service Plan fee, according to the Service Level you have chosen, will be charged either to your debit or credit card or your PayPal account (whichever applies) OR
- You will pay by check via mail or in person in full for a one year Service Plan fee, according to the Service Level you have chosen.
Please note: CBO Expo reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor listing that CBO Expo deems, in its sole and exclusive discretion, as not a fit for the mission and purpose of the CBO Expo website. Upon rejection of an applicant for inclusion in the CBO Expo website, all funds previously paid to the CBO Expo pursuant to the subject application by the applicant or applicants company will be promptly refunded. While all rejections are final, CBO Expo reserves the right to reconsider any rejection if reasonable evidence is presented to CBO Expo proving that the conditions which caused aforementioned rejection have materially, substantially and permanently changed.
You also acknowledge that you understand that you have the right to discontinue your subscription and exhibit/membership at any time. If you decide to cancel at any time you must notify CBO Expo in writing by contacting CBO Expo on our Contact Us page no less than 30 (thirty) days in advance. At the time of cancellation your exhibit and all it's content will be removed from the CBO Expo website.
If you decide to cancel your membership, CBO Expo will archive your listing for up to 12 months, as a courtesy to you, our valued client. If you decide later to reinstate your listing, we will do so at no charge to you once you re-initiate your automatic billing. Absolutely no refunds (full or partial) will be issued for your subscription cancellation.
Copyrights
By submitting Photos and Videos you here certify that you have Copyright permission to use any and all photos and videos submitted. You must be either the legal copyright holder of any and all photos and videos submitted OR you must possess permission from the legal copyright holder to use said photos and videos in your exhibit.
You acknowledge that without expressed permission from CBO Expo you will not use any images or content from the CBO Expo website.
Link Back to CBO Expo
You agree to place a CBO Expo banner or text link prominently on your business website which links back to CBO Expo. CBO Expo acknowledges that not all business have a website and if that is the case then CBO Expo will contact you regarding some options to help you promote the CBO Expo website. CBO Expo also acknowledges that some business websites are corporately administered and that you may not have the authority to add a link back to CBO Expo
For Churches and Ministries
Posting Local Christian Events
If your Church or Ministry would like to post an Christian Event on the CBO Expo Christian Event Calendar, please contact CBO Expo at least two weeks in advance of the Event on our Contact Us page. Please include all pertinent information for the Event such as Date, Time, Location and a Phone Number as well as any other important information that visitors might need to know regarding your Event. Be sure that all information is correct and accurate. CBO Expo will contact you via email when your Event is posted Please note that CBO Expo reserves the right to refuse any Event posting request that CBO Expo deems as not a fit for the overall CBO Expo website.
Church Listing
If your Church would like to be included in the CBO Expo Local Church Directory, please contact us on our Contact Us page. Please include: Church Name, Address, Phone Number and Web URL. CBO Expo will contact you via email when your Church has been accepted into the Local Church Directory. Please note CBO Expo reserves the right to refuse any listing that CBO Expo deems as not a fit for the overall CBO Expo website.
